"CPR methods have changed since 2002 when I first received my training as a Medic. The quick video reviews assisted me greatly to renew this part of my certification. I appreciated the professional Instructor who was similar to the training I had previous received. I want to thank you for this as I have many saves under my belt. It is the little things and the automated responses that make a difference on wether one saves a or loses a life in an emergency. I always remember back to a car that had flipped about three times. I was behind them, I rescued two small boys who were bleeding profusely. It was forty minutes before an ambulance came. They are now in their thirties and alive today because of my training.
