"I received an email my order shipped, there was no account to cancel, no time to cancel the order and then they ask me to pay for the shipping for the return. Companies sent you an alert, this item is about to ship you have 5 days to cancel. Not this company, it feels like entrapment and then you have to pay the shipping to get your return. I had to keep emailing them to get a response."
"I am going to do everything I can to discourage people from using this company. I purchased some supplements which turned out to give me severe heartburn for which I ended up needing prescription meds. When I called, I was basically told: too bad; give it to someone else. No refund was offered even though I only used a couple of the pills. And to send the unopened one, I have to pay the postage which is just a couple dollars less than the refund. They will not cover returns. And the guy was TERRIBLE!!! NASTY!!!!!!"

"I ordered 6 containers of Designer Whey in March. It was backorder then sent in April. In the meantime, I ordered the same things elsewhere and received them. We began using the powder sent from PSG at the beginning of July. We were noticing a strange stale odor of something spoiled. My husband has been having mild stomach discomfort for weeks. We finally traced it to the protein powder sent by PSG. The expiration date on the containers is so faded it is almost impossible to read. I checked the powder sent by other suppliers and their dates are boldly stamped in blue.
Professional Supplement Center says they can do nothing and take no responsibility for shipping spoiled product.
I am very disappointed. I do most shopping online online so am very committed to posting reviews."
