"After some research I was lead to PSC (Professional Supplement Center) as they were helping rebrand and title products that I had researched and hoped would be beneficial. After placing the order and being told that delivery would happen, they came back and said they ran short and it would be another 1 week delay.
I said fine and then after the week, the product was supposed to go out and another note arrived we're trying to get you your product of GLA etc...
Finally 3 weeks in the product arrives and looking at the Invoice etc.. there is nothing that states how it was paid for (i.e. form of payment in some coded detail). Amazon tells you how you paid for it and since I'm a new customer whose name is not known, I should have some indication that I was not over billed or double billed
and now I have to go to the statements and see if the 'said amount' was not charged originally until the product was in house and shipped out.
for reference: order # 1360839 on August 9, today is August 27. so 18 day delay.
Somehow i felt that maybe they over-ordered and i was caught in the blind, or perhaps the factory
oversold to other outlets and PSC group got the short end of the stick.
In the 3 advert docs that came along with the order, one showes a 12% off your next order provided that Vermont Science is not on the non-qualifying list. From my reading it seems that Vermont Science orders will honor
the 12% off discount which is good for me!
My recommendation is to include a advert card outlining 'new news in treating ADHD' or bi-polar via nutrition or culinary measures. Also not enough indicators that point the buyer to the main website outlining
a few good places to do research or find out new news.
Also at the bottom here it states INVOICE #. On the PSC 'invoice' there is no written word INVOICE on the SPC document called a term-sheet outlining the order. Not seeing the word INVOICE confuses me further as to what number should I place in the box below.
