"September of 2015 my wife had me research a folding mobile scooter, I checked online we came up with the solax mobility scooter , the cost of the scooter was 2,195. The salesmen Alix told my wife medicare would pay for this scooter but you have to pay cash first which we did. We called medicare and they said they have not heard of this company and they was not in their system.
That`s story number one, the second is the scooter never worked they sent us three lithian batteries over course ten months the scooter still not working. My wife is 78 years old who has had two knee replacements and one hip replacements every time we went to the store or too the doctor my wife could not use this machine because it would not work. Tim the service manger told me too send the scooter back and let him see if he could fix it so we did that , Tim called me back and said it was working fine. My wife said she did not want it back because it never worked the scooter does not have one mile on it because she never got a chance to use it. They told my wife she could not get a refund because it was over thirty days in which it does not say that nowhere in the contract and they have sent no money or scooter and they told our bank they don`t have it! So now we don`t have scooter or money we paid for it!"
"i paid for an electric scooter 20 days ago that was to have been shipped ten days later the tracking number they provided is invalid. when trying to verify the tracking number they reply only by email with the same tracking number which ups freight says does not exist. I believe they have stolen my money and i will never see the scooter. The only accept payment by check. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY>>>> "

They promised a basket, flag and home warranty with the $5000.00 EV Rider Royale 4 dual Electric Scooter we ordered for mu 89 year old father that lives in assisted living. That was in February. Numerous, numerous phone calls. The person you call is never there, or is in a meeting, in the hospital, doesn't come in until later. The excuses are endless. This is just all about getting the basket/bracket and home warranty that they conveniently listed on the invoice as "additional accessories". We ordered on line for my 89 year old father. The persons I remember talking to are Tim, John, Gary and Henry. They have told us SO many lies and made so many excuses. This has been going on since February 2015 and it's now May 2015. I was told today by Tim that it's not listed on the invoice and if I want one I can buy it but that's the only way we are getting one. I'm sure we don't have the home warranty as promised as they have refused numerous times to send us any information in it. We are told we can just contact them and they will handle it. I believe this is a lie also. These people act like they want to help and are going to, but they are so dishonest when they tell me they will take care of it and they don't. We have made so many calls to them and I'm sure that most people just give up. This is what Progress Mobility hopes you will do.
