"Do not insure your car with progressive insurance! Worst insurance company ever. They won’t help you but is quick to take your money every month. Ask for private and unnecessary information to try supporting your claim that shouldn’t have anything to do with your car and it being insured. Agents are not sympathetic to your situation and are very nonchalant. Management is also horrible and they all work together to try not paying for things that you rightful deserve when you are paying this service every month. Never ever insure your car with them! Worst decision ever!!! "

"I was a customer of Progressive home, but decided to switch to State Farm for a massive discount. I canceled my progressive auto/home policies and though they claim to have sent me a homeowners refund, I didn’t receive it.
I called customer service to notify them and they obviously didn’t want to help me, stating that I probably threw it away because it looks like an unmarked, solicitor letter. (Why?)
So I asked the call to be escalated, that person wouldn’t help, I asked to be escalated again and never got a call back. So I call a few days later and again, spoke with 3 people, no help again"
