"The site lies about the items being in stock. Ordered a projector, 3 days later it's still not shipped; called; "we don't actually have it in stock". "Why your webpage says you do?" - mmmmmmm."

"This company was horrible to deal with. All of the customer service people were unresponsive as to why my product didnt ship out. Some one had mentioned that their warehouse is on hold. The sales tried to do a bait and switch.

Warehouse on hold? Something is wrong with that.

I'm about to charge back my credit card and notify the BBB regarding this delay on my purchase...

DO NOT BUY FROM! Horrible company horrible service. They appear to be owned by Boxlight, corp.

"Never buy anything from them again. Bad customer service. Customer representative are very bad attitude. Keep client on the phone for an hour. After a long waiting, they tell me there is no one able to help and asked me to call back.
Charge my credit card even the item is not ship yet.

"NEVER AGAIN. We ordered a project lamp from projector.com in a hurry to meet a deadline. First they told us the order was pending, then they told us the credit card wouldn't go through. Then they wouldn't return our calls. One week later (and the day before our big presentation--which they knew about when we initially ordered) they came clean and admitted that the projector lamp was backordered for a month. Dishonest and ineffective customer service, absolutely no apologies made or compensation offered--never, never again will we order from this website. We ended up calling harbinger.com at the last minute and having it overnight expressed. If you want a lamp, try them instead, but don't waste your time here."

"Ordered a screen and projector as part of a package from their site. Called in and actually spoke to a person that knew something about projectors. Ordered the 3rd and delivered the 6th! Their package prices beat everyone and they were the most knowledgeable hands down. I would reccomend to anyone. "

"I had to cancel my order because I was unable to contact this company after a week of trying. Their 800 customer service line put me on hold for over a half hour and then put me into voice mail. I called during regular business hours and each of the four times I tried calling got sent to voicemail like this. I wasted over two hours sitting on the phone only to be sent to voicemail. I also sent four emails with no repsonse from any of them. Finally, I was able to get a service rep in an online chat to cancel my order. Avoid this company if you value customer service or any kind of timely delivery of product."
