"Let me paint a picture for you, Friday 415 I'm at the airport about to board a flight at 515 and realized that I had forgotten to order a bulb for our conference room projector. I called the vendor of the projector and he said there was nothing he could do for me because it was so late. My Director and Manager are both conducting business meetings on Monday and no projector is not an option.
I call Jason at Projector King at about 425, he tells me to give him a few minutes and he'll call me back - precisely 4 minutes later he calls and says he can have one delivered, not only that but he's on the other line with the supplier. 445 I'm in line to board my plane and Jason calls back to confirm the order, delivery date and time and I fly home and have a good weekend ONLY because Jason is so proficient and helpful. If I ever have any multimedia needs I'm buying through Projector King without a doubt. Friendly, courteous, efficient, professional, thorough, I only have GREAT things to say about Projector King. "

"I have found Projector King to be a very good source for LCD projector lamps. Their prices are VERY good. Also, the customer service is EXCELLENT. When an order is placed, I receive an email with the price and approx. ship date. If there is a delay, they keep me posted. I find that very helpful.

He has looked up prices from other companies and always provided us with information on the availability of his products as well as information on when these items where on special or about to be discontinued. "I spoke with Joyce who called me with a tracking number for UPS that I requested on email. My packaged was not delivered when it was supposed to be delivered due to a train delay. This was UPS's fault and Projector King did inform me of the info I needed to know so I knew when the package would be coming. Great Service"
