I explained to the sales person that I often show powerpoint and videos in gyms during the day where I cannot shade the windows, and I was having trouble seeing the images on the screen because of light wash. He assured me that by increasing my lumens with this projector that I would see a noticable difference and that I would be satisfied. Unfortunately I do not see a noticable difference even at night time with the brightness of the image. In some ways I think the image on my old Mitsubishi XD450U is better, a projector that I also purchased from Projector People years ago. I trusted the advice given and it cost me $1899 for a projector that is not an improvement over what I had. I tried to contact the sales person who sold this to me to discuss my concerns and did not get a return call. I guess I can not give just a one star to this company because I was very satisfied with my first projector from them years ago. "
