The order came without mounting clips for the lights, and when I called and asked for enough clips to mount 20 lights (MaxLite Plug-And-Play) they sent me 20 clips...it takes 2 per light of course, so had to call again. They were polite and accommodating, but got it wrong twice in a row. 2 years later, I'm not happy with the lights - thought professionally installed, they flicker so much we just don't use them."
