"Pro Lighting has a staff of expert electrician minded individuals who know their stuff. I ordered a bulb with the base code E39 from blank.N/A only to find out when I got it that it was an EX39. Although I was told that the bulb would work I went ahead and ordered 2 EX39 sockets to be on the safe side from Pro Lighting and I thank them for the knowledge they gave me. The second socket will hold a bulb from Pro Lighting as as soon as they get a price on it because it is rare. All of my future orders will be from Pro Lighting. I can not chance making a mistake with electricity. Bad advice in the business of ballast and bulbs will lead to shortened lamp life and a fire could end your life. I have yet to find an online company with experts answering the phone such as Pro Lighting. Don't play with electricity stick with the Pro's. Air heads who are no more than call center workers looking at a PC screen for information are what you get at 95% of all other lighting companies. Do not allow your business to be burned down to save a dollar if you can find better pricing. I doubt better pricing can be found if you add Pro help too..."
