"I love the dress, amazing no doubt and the sizing is accurate. But Promgirl put shipping restrictions so I couldn’t get it delivered to my local UPS because I am never home during the day and my apartment complex does not allow it. It was super annoying and UPS had to pull special strings for me to pick it up at a main facility. It made me super angry and greatly inconvenienced me and there should be a clear message or warning that there is shipping restrictions so I knew ahead of time. "

"I called about sizing chart and why the website told me to get a dress in a 9/10. I typed in my measurements which were done by 4 different people. When I called for support the woman who answered was very, very rude. She told me it was all of my fault and that she can’t do anything about it. She continued to speak in a rude tone of voice while I was trying to explain what had happened. I don’t want to say her name because she should know what she did was wrong. I like prom girl and what it provides but if you have questions, maybe don’t call the customer service line. "

"The dress came in a day early than the shipping had told me and the package was well kept. I ordered a large because I heard they run small and I made the right choice. I just need to fix the length a little bit since I would like to wear smaller heels and the bust is just a tiny bit roomier but other than that I loved it. The color was great (I got the Burgundy) and it was nice and flowy. Can't wait to wear it at prom!!"
