"I ordered a dress from here for my daughter who lives out of state. When it arrived it was too small for her. I contacted customer service, they IMMEDIATELY responded to my email, asked how they could help. I explained that she just needed the next size up. So they sent me a return form (pre-paid UPS label), and put the next size dress on hold for us. I sent the return label to my daughter, and once the dress was in the mail, they shipped the new one to her ASAP! She received the replacement dress in less than 4 days, well before the returned dress got back to their warehouse, I am sure. The new dress fit perfectly and arrived on time for her event! I wish I could give 10 stars. Excellent customer service, friendly staff, fast response time, and quality dresses at competitive prices. Keep up the great work everyone! Thank you!"

"I saw this same dress at David's Bridal but it was $100 more. This was such a save! Not sure if David's sizes were bigger than actually stated but a tried on and got a size 5 and when ordered it was a bit tight. Maybe its just my body changing but then again it was only a week time span. Oh well, still fits and looks fantastic. Only true problem was the top piece was too big (again my body being annoying), which I got fixed at a dry cleaners. Honestly, just get it its amazing!!!"
