"Ups lost my package I called to report it and see what they where going to do. prom girl said they can't do anything cuz they had to wait and do an investigation that took 1-8 business day I ask what should I do if they going to send me another dress or reemberce me they said they can't do that until the investigation is done my niece stayed with out a dress for her event there very inconsiderate they want me to order a new dress and pay everything again I think that's not fair they should of work with me and send me a dress or reemberce me back my money and not make me wait like two weeks to find what they going to do try talking to customer service they just didn't want to hear it and said they can't do nothing "

"Although the dress was pretty, we had to do quite a bit of sewing to certain parts of the dress: the straps were to loose, the piece that went under the corset was not wide enough to snap into place, and the fastener by the zipper broke. Thank goodness my sister brought her sewing kit to save the day!"
