"They need to refund my money. They sold me a defective oxygen generator for ~$600 and told me to send it to the repairman in a different state than where they are located. Then when the repairman did not respond, i called him and he said he could not fix it and that I needed to pay to ship it back, still broken. Promolife did not refund my $600 and stopped talking to me. I also asked them to replace a defective water bubbler and they told me to "buy another one" for $150. They are crooks and should be put out of business for deceptive business practices and for providing absolutely no support or refunds for their faulty equipment. Horrible people and horrible (non-existent) service. Tobias the owner is a real cretin. "
