"The charger arrived on time. What made my experience dissatisfying are 2 things:
1. The charger sparked when I plugged it into the wall. It was never able to charge my MAC. I had it shipped overnight as the closest Apple store to me is an hour plus away.

2. They have limited customer service hours. I called that evening and had to wait until 9 am their time to speak to someone. So ended up having to pay to ship it back and drive to the Apple store the following morning."
