"I know importance of good reviews, because after my order I came across a bunch of bad reviews about Pronto and it made me want to cancel my order. I tried calling customer service and they did nothing to ease my anxiety but only added to my uneasy feeling. I got my charger three days after my delivery. I was hesitant to open it but when I did I was pleasantly surprised! I got just what I needed! It looks like an authentic Apple charger! I don't know if I will order from them again but I don't feel like I got scammed which is what all the bad reviews were saying. I work in customer service and I think if that is the area that would help their business. "
