"I ordered from Proof Pronto and had questions regarding operation of the product. I spoke with Bethany and she was by far the best person I have I dealt with in a very long time who patient, understanding, and knowledgeable .
I forgot to add the street name when returning a product for a warranty issue, and she solved the problem by contacting the USPS and arranged that the product would be delivered to ProofPronto and not returned to me.
I am very happy with the quality of the merchandise and the fact that they stand behind their products. And, the customer experience is awesome thanks to people like Bethany !

The product I received is not the one that was advertised on your website. The picture of the eye glasses is not the same. The box was not sealed or shrink wrapped. The product info on the box says: Operating system: WinXP,Win2000,Windows Vista,Win7. It does not work with Windows 8.1. The website advertised that it will work with all pc and mac. The instruction manual with the eye glasses says there is a removable disc; there is no removable memory; the website says internal 8GB memory. These glasses is not what I want to wear.

I had good two way communication with customer service. I received the item with free shipping. I did have to pay shipping the item back to them. I did receive 100% of my payment back.

"Purchased an item from this online store, product was defective. I returned it and was credited less a 20% re -stocking fee and had to pay for the return as well.
The product was absouletly not as promised, an the return process was even worse.
I would caution anyone from dealing with this drop ship-Internet company. Perhaps the restocking fee is the way

"Getting ahold of this company for a response to a return I would like to make is impossible. I can find nowhere that it says it can't be returned. They will not answer my emails. It is very, very frustrating. I would never buy from this company again. There are just too many companies out there willing to work with you, answer your emails, and take good care of their customers. "I ordered from ProofPronto because they offered free 2 day shipping. I placed my order on a Friday a.m and was told it would arrive by Tuesday. It is now Friday and it still has not come. The USPS tracking number still show it in the Pre-Shipment, electronic info received stage, which makes me believe it has not even been sent out yet. I emailed customer service, and they state that you will receive a prompt reply, within 2 business days. Not my definition of prompt. When calling the 800#, the only option that ever picks up is if you want to place an order. The customer service/technical support option tells you to submit a technical support request online, again expect 2 business days for a reply, and then disconnects, with no customer service available, period. The sales line is simply a call center, and can be of no assistance in anything other than running your credit card. At this point, I don't know that I will ever see the product that I paid for. Definitely going to contact the BBB. My advice, go somewhere else. Good customer service is worth a few extra bucks."

"The website was very easy to use and I received the item in a reasonable amount of time. That being said, there have been a few disappointments with the item I received.

First, it is stated in several areas of the website "Always discreet shipping/billing" and "ProofPronto will not appear on packaging" which was kind of an important detail. This was true, they did not appear on the packaging or on my credit card statement, however the full description of my order was labelled right on top of the package ("Mini hidden camera" "16GB MicroSD Card")which kind of defeats the purpose of being discreet about where it came from.

Secondly, After much searching in the item description I was never able to find what the battery life was, but decided to take a chance anyways(assuming it should be near the 12 hours it takes to charge it) and even if it was less than that I could always just leave it plugged in while recording. Well, the battery life is a whopping 75 minutes and recording while charging is not an option. Had I known this beforehand I never would have ordered the item as it is now useless to me. Just a few details that might have been useful in the item description.

I strongly recommend doing more research on the item you're about to order and don't just base your decision on the description on this website as some important details might be missing."
