"This time my postcards went out well. But the last time it was a total mess-up! The text on the postcards was incorrect, completely different from what I had approved in the "online proof". ProspectPlus resent the postcards but no one ever called or offer any type of compensation. This type of mistake is very detrimental to the image that I am trying to build and it will take some time to overcome. ProspectPlus should have offered some compensation for the big mistake.
In addition someone created a user account here at reseller ratings with this user name: NavajoWhiteEarthworm. That person was not me. I never received an invite to comment about my previous experience, but today I noticed my account had been created with this strange username that I do not recognize. Wonder why ….?
