"I have placed several orders. The cards received are not printed correctly. I have called before and said this is happening and I the representative said it was the proof only cards. In all other placed in the amount many cards came back and all of them had the printing scrambled. "

The issue you are referencing is not with the printing of the postcards being scrambled it is a burn on the card from the postal sorting machines. We do our best to let customers know this can occur with sorted mail although it is not common and does not usually affect an entire order.

The only complaint is the smearing. Although they disclaim that this occurs, It can be pretty visually impairing to the card. I get mailers to my house and have never seen them smeared to such a great extent. The cards are informative only when they're legible. There has to be something that resolves this issue. Otherwise I use Prospect Plus all the time."
