I love ProspectsPLUS

"I have been using ProspectsPlus for years especially to my Farm area. I use the Just Listed, Just Sold, and the Market Update postcards. My Farm loves the Market Update postcards that I send out quarterly. It literally takes me about 2 minutes to send out. These postcards keep in front of my Farm and has resulted in a consistent flow of business."

Very difficult product to use.

"Most likely heavy use of Java Script, which works differently on various browsers. Had to have help on the phone to navigate through the product because it is not very intuitive. Not likely to use again. "

Still waiting

"My order was delivered to someplace in NY and I live in PA. Still don't have my postcards which makes it hard to contact potential customers. As they say time is money and every day is costing me opportunities. Not a happy camper."

The correct shipping address is printed on the package and it is clearly in PA. It appears that the post office has made an error in the delivery. Not to worry, we will reprint and reship your order immediately to you at no charge. We apologize for the inconvenience and we will certainly make it right for you. Should you ever have any problems with your orders with us, just give our customer support team a call and we will take care of it.”

Standard size postcards

"Hi. I really like the company. However I was disappointed at the tiny size of the standard size postcards. I would love to try the jumbo size but was out of my budget. Thought the standard would be bigger, not tiny. I love my door knockers. Didn't get any calls from the PC. Just hope you all offer some great deals. Thank you. AG."

“From reviewing your order/account it appears that Kristen of our customer support team had contact with you regarding the duplicates on your uploaded mailing list. Our system will not de-dup your mailing list automatically. I am not sure of the source of the mailing list you are acquiring but you could check to see it that is an option through them or you, of course, can edit your list in Excel prior to uploading it to your order. Our system only reads the number of entries not the actual names to verify that they are not duplicates. When you purchase lists from us we can guarantee that there are no duplicates on the list but not for customer uploaded lists.

Kristen offered you a gift card to offset some of the duplicates in her exchange with you. I will refund half of the order of 50 postcards (which appears to be more than your duplicates) as a courtesy on this order but please be advised that for future orders if you are uploading a mailing list you will want to check it for duplicates prior to uploading. We do appreciate your business and want for you to happy with our service. ”

“We thank you for order and are happy to share some strategies with you if you want to give our customer support team a call. It appears in reviewing your recent orders all but one has been for pdf downloads of postcards or shipped to you postcards so it is hard for us to tell how they are being sent and to whom to be able to offer suggestions that might increase your results without getting a little more information.

For the one postcard mailing of 100 postcards, you had us mail it was not taken to the post office until the 8th of this month and you would want to allow 3-5 postal delivery days. They are likely just hitting. It often takes more than one contact to produce results but again we are happy to discuss with you to help in any way we can. ”
