"I orders a custom made banner. I emailed them a photograph and logo, they designed a very attractive banner for my business. It was a bit late in arriving but well worth the wait! "I placed an order on a Sunday and paid for a 3 day delivery so I was charged more for that service. Obviously Sunday it wouldn't have been sent out so I expected to receive my order on that Thursday or at the latest on Friday. I called Wednesday to check on the order and the man said it was shipped out on Monday and that I should be receiving it on Thursday or Friday. Both days came and went and Nothing. I called again on Friday and they told me they didn't want to send out another order just in case it came the following week and also that they didn't control how the post office worked. The man who answered finally told me that they would refund me the shipping cost, I also have not received that refund. The items finally got to my house 9 days after I placed my order! Ridiculous. "

"Argumentative and color blind. I have tried to get a correct order from them with no luck yet. According to their last email.... Their color chart is representative of the sticker colors over direct light. it is vinyl also the item I ordered was a solid I got a outline. When they finally got the right color I paid for a second in a solid using the correct color of the outlines as the solid I originally ordered. Ya they are sending me a solid now in the once again WRONG color. Beyond passed it is now close to 2 months trying to get my original order. BEWARE!!!"
