"It definitely has been a hassle with this insurance. My biggest complaint is the customer support agents. Not very knowledgeable about the services they offer. Took an hour or so to get a claim filed. Not very helpful. They will just keep transfering you, say they will call you back, or to call another number. They never call back. Besides that, everything the insurance offers is great. Quick shipping and definitely an awesome deductible. However, I almost rather pay the 250$ deductible with my service provider rather than to deal with the hassle of these customer service reps."

"I filed a claim for my daughter's phone because the screen was broken. When I had first set up my account in January, 2014, part of the setup process asked you to upload a copy of your sales receipt so that it would be available if you ever filed a claim. I did so at that time. However, when I started this claim, I was told that I'd need to provide a copy of my sales receipt. I indicated that I had uploaded it, but was told that it wasn't accessible and I'd need to provide a new copy. Luckily I still had the sales receipt available. I sent it in. I was told that if my claim was approved a replacement device would be sent out the next day. I received an email indicating that my claim had been approved, so I called in to see when the phone would be shipped and get tracking information. I was told when I called that they didn't have the phone in stock, so they were sending a check. I asked the amount of the check and was told it was $325.95. When I checked the Verizon website, the only price they listed for an iPhone 5C, the model I was replacing, the cost was $499.99. I asked how they came up with the amount of the check, since it wouldn't cover the amount of replacing the phone. I did not really get a straight answer. I called back the next day when the check arrived and further asked about the amount. I was put on hold several times, and the rep tried to say that the amount was an average of different replacement values based on research, but couldn't cite anything specific. I was pretty dissappointed, with the amount of the check as well as the failure to sufficiently explain it. When my current coverage expires I will not be signing up with ProtectMyBubble again."
