They charged me the deductible of $50 and got my computer in for a repair. After around 15 days and 3 calls, I got the computer back. However, only half of the existing issues were fixed and a new problem started - no video playback. The sound is still not working. I don't know if it was fixed. I called back and they said the technician would call me shortly. It has been 3 days since, no calls yet. AVOID! "
