"I filed a claim on May 13, 2016 on my iPhone 6 Plus 64gb. I was sent the wrong phone (16gb). I returned it and they asked for the receipts. I provided them. It is over a month later and still can't get a phone. They supposedly shipped it a week ago. When I called, they said they no longer had it and I will be getting a reimbursement check. I have been calling every day and now they are asking for the receipt that I provided 3 weeks ago. I have begun e-filing a small claims suit in Orange County, CA. "

"I spoke with their so called customer support team a month ago and they refunded my money they owed me. I got suckered in by the representative to sign up with them again which I reluctantly did, and had problems with them AGAIN!!! They charged me more than they had promised so I once again cancelled my policies. This was a month ago, and I still have not received my refund!!! They are holding my money hostage. I've e-mailed them 4 times now, and they refuse to respond to my e-mails. I am not holding my breath to ever see my money again.

"This company is a rip off !!!!! Do not trust them at all and I would not even give them one star at all .... The treatment I received was disgusting when I tried to make a claim for my son when he lost his iPhone !!!! They may be the cheapest but go to a reputable company that will insure your gadgets not rip you off !!!! Run as fast as you can from this company !!! They should be reported to every newspaper and tc company and shut down immediately !!! Do not trust them they take your money and when you want to claim you get refused !!!! "
