As soon as you file a claim, they cancel the policy, then when you call about where your replacement is, they say you don't have a policy in force and they can't find any info about your account. Even if you have the policy document in front of you. FreedomPop has been charging my account $6.99 a month since I bought this. Had the policy in force for a month when the USB charging cable stopped working. Tried to file the claim and got the "You don't have a policy with us" line. Sucky service. If I could give ZERO stars I would."
