My experience is unique because I used to work here! Well for 3 weeks. This was way back around 2005... Not only do they not ship their products in on time but the slave-driven micromanaging of the owners was out of this world. When I got there- they had 4 graphic design "stations" open... I wondered why they have so many positions open being that they have to send out email blasts twice a week.... well found out from workers there that the owners have "hell weeks" and they let go of workers" just because they fell like it!" They were shady not only there but they also did not pay me the agreed upon salary- which not too soon after they let me go while they interviewed my replacement on the SAME DAY! Man even their pugster which they bring into the office pooped on the carpet... this is how bad this place stinks!
I first hand got to witness customer reps treating customers like their dog poop with their orders. This is a horrible place.... avoid it at all costs."

"I am dissatisfied, first of all, with the website, as it does not allow you to complete steps necessary to process your order.
1) I tried to order a "personalized" Italian charm, but it doesn't open a window for you to make the personalization!
2) When starting to check out I came to a point where it stated I would be able to add coupons/gift cards before submitting my order, but that screen never appeared. I was also not notified when/where I could redeem my Pugster Points during the checkout process.
Secondly, there is absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
1) As I was maneuvering the check out process my order was "submitted" even though I did not want to (waiting on that promised screen to redeem points, etc.)
2) I left a phone message to cancel the order so I could make the adjustment and never received a return call.
3) I was unable to send an email.
So now I am being charged for items at a price I didn't want to be charged at and no way to rectify the problem. I have typically been satisfied with Pugster, but not this time."

"I ordered from Pugster for the first time on Feb . 28 2015 I ordered 45 different items some for myself and some for family I was worried at first when order status didn't change for a couple of says so I contacted Pugster and was explained to to me that I ordered something that was special made and it took a couple of extra days for my order to be prepared. It was shipped and sent out I received it on time everything was beautiful I couldn't have asked for more and for such a great price. Nina at customer service was wonderful too and very helpful just placed my second order !!!!!!!!! Thanks Pugster Mrs. Heim"

Good points: ordered Feb 11, arrived Feb 20, to other side of country. Packaged well.
Bad points: One side of charm looks like the picture. The other looks like a poor imitation of it: mismatched size, looks like a kid hand-molded it (dimples, bent places, etc); "daughter" script is stamped without black ink or otherwise faded; "mother" missing the "r" on one side; gold tone gone on one side; gems look like they were pushed into the wet mold and left to dry that way."
"I will NEVER order from Pugster again. Placed order on 12/28/14. Paid for 3 day delivery. Never got my order. Called and requested a credit was sent an email saying credit was applied to my card. Still waiting on this credit 1/14/15. Very bad service. NO MERCHANDISE NO CREDIT. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!!!!!!"
