"The worst online shopping experience and customer service I've ever had. Placed an order on Dec. 11th, well in time for Christmas, and it just arrived today on the 27th. There was zero communication on Pugster's part except for canned responses to my numerous emails telling me how busy they were and that my order would ship once it was complete. Now that I have received my order it's not even complete, items were missing and nothing telling me why. Pugster did manage to charge me for everything however, that is the one thing that appearently they are good at. My entire order is going back, guess I'll see how that works out. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all cost."
"Likewise, I too placed an order from pugster. My order was placed on 12/18/2011. I was not expecting my order to arrive before Christmas, but it did. However, my excitment quickly changed to dissatisfaction. My order was not only incomplete it was wrong. I too have tried to call both numbers listed on my invoice but to no avail. I have sent an email and am waiting a reply. Todate, I too DO NOT recommend this company. It's toooooooo good to be true!!! Beware shoppers!!!!!"

"I would not order from Pugster again. It took them over a week to ship my items, even though their web site did not say that it would take that long. I am used to buying from companies that ship within 2 days. I paid $9.00 extra for expedited shipping but didn't know that it would not even ship for over a week. "I ordered from this company on 12/11 and my status still says "under processing" on 12/21. My account was charged immediately. After dozens of phone calls which couldn't be connected, and emails or messaging the "live" chat link every day, I have received 3 emails from them. They were all "canned", telling me they are busy and will get my order to me before Christmas. If it hasn't shipped already, that is clearly not going to happen! In the meantime, I keep getting emails from them in which they drop the prices of their jewelry even more, as well as offer "expedited" shipping! Don't buy from them, and do like I did - I've requested a refund and filed a complaint with the BBB (which was one of the reasons I ordered from the site anyway!"

"Echoing everyone else here. I wish I'd read reviews before ordering with this company. I don't see how the BBB could allow this company to stay in business, frankly. Their phone numbers don't exist, and I have yet to receive any kind of email correspondence from their "info" team. I did not receive one of the items in my shipment, but my account was charged for it. I'm very unhappy with their service and will never order from this company again, no matter how inexpensive their items are. "

I was just on hold for 1 1/2 hours and the recording just looped saying they are transfering me to a customer service representative. It finally hung up on me. I tried to call back and a recording said they were unable to put the call through "try again later"

"This was my first time ordering from Pugster.com. The web site was easy, checking out was not! My order did not come in the stated amount of time. My order was missing three identical charms.
I have been trying unsuccessfully for five "5" days to contact Pugster in regards to this matter. Their telephone system does NOT allow you to speak with a customer service representative. It just keeps recyclying with a message, "If you wish to speak with a representative, please stay on the line and we will transfer your call". The call never gets transferred. The message just keeps repeating.
I was on the phone for 1.5 hours yesterday and the phone system kept looping. No one ever answered. After hours there is no voice mail system!
I have sent three emails identifying the problem and I have received one respnse email and the individual stated, "What is the problem"? I identified the problem in my email!
I will be contacting my credit card company for assistance in this matter!
I would suggest that you reconsider Puster for your on-line purchasing.
Pugster claims to have Pandora and Chamillia charms, they are NOT Pandora. They are knock-offs!"
