"The correct pulls, in 2 days I think it was - with free shipping. They did need 2 boxes, but UPS delivered both.
I don't normally do reviews but based on my experience, I would be surprised if the poor reviews were not customer related. No, I can't be sure. Doing kitchens can be really stressful and indecisions common. It's not rocket science and I imagine quite automated. Wearhouse mistakes do happen, but order entry/order by mistake/changed my mind/miscount typically far exceed warehouse errors. You do have to pay attention when you order stuff online.
I think if you order something in stock, you won't have any issues with "split orders". If you order the wrong parts, they might charge you return shipping - I don't know. I assume they can't read your mind. I don't know these people, they don't know me and it is one order. But I selected what I wanted in 3 different lengths, clicked the form, paid the bill online. I got what I ordered quickly and undamaged. "
"Ordered an item on a Wednesday paying extra for two day Delivery. The sight also stated should you need to change or cancel the order, act quickly as we process ordered fast. So with two day delivery I expected my order Friday or Saturday, Saturday being the latest as I needed the item by then. Nope did not get the item until late Monday. Very disappointed with This company! Do your business somewhere else. "
" Hi, we have a Kitchen Cabinet showroom and I send customers to Pulls Direct all the time. It's quite easy- you order the hardware, and they send it to you. Most if not all the manufacturers lines are on there.
If you have any problems, they are very easy to deal with on returns, no questions asked. I recommend ordering a few samples first to make sure it's what you want.
Now, for the people knocking this company, you are getting these items online at wholesale prices. So in other words, you have to deal with what a retail store would . Yes, they may split the order, there is freight involved, and ordering multiple size handles for your kitchen can get quite complicated. So if you don't want to deal with any of that then just buy from a kitchen or retail store that provides service. You can't have it both ways!
It's really incredible what issues people find to complain about. "
"This is the second time I have ordered from Pulls Direct. The first was fine but after this second order, I would never dare order from them again. I I ordered $185 worth of the same pulls I had ordered previously. When they arrived (in two separate boxes) I realized they had sent the wrong pulls. I arranged for a return but they did not want to pay for return shipping. After sending pictures to prove I had received the wrong pulls, and after waiting several weeks, I finally received return shipping labels with postage paid. I had only opened one of the pulls to take a picture so re-packaging everything in the original packaging was easy. I was careful to count the number of pulls in each box. (They had actually sent me one extra so I was returning one extra. ). After waiting again I finally received a refund that was $46 short. I called again, waited on hold for ever and they told me they had not received the full number of pulls back. (They received both boxes but some pulls had mysteriously disappeared apparently. ). They said they would have to count their inventory and couldn't give me any idea of how long that might take. When I finally asked for a manager, they decided they would issue a full refund. After numerous phone calls and about six weeks of time, we'll see. I'm still waiting. The funny thing is, I had originally asked for a return and replacement with the correct pulls. Now I will be looking elsewhere for the pulls I need. "
"I ordered several pulls to see which I like best for a new kitchen. The 20 or so pulls I ordered came in 4 packages. I wound up choosing 3 different pulls for the kitchen and spent over $400. Now I want to return the ones that I didn't choose and the shipping label to return an $8.75 pull costs (through pulls direct) $10.75. So unless all of your options are coming from the same company, returning them will cost you more than the actual item. I wish I had realized this in advance. I would have got the items at a brick-and-mortar location. "
