"Ordered a Haines pump from a representative who was clearly not engaged in the customer experience. When asked about delivery the response was 2 - 3 weeks and my credit card was immediately charged. No follow up email or any communication required my calling after 4 weeks at which time I was told parts for building the pump had not arrived and there would be a further wait (7 weeks total). After receipt of the pump it was discovered after installation that the grinder was packed with hidden foam with no notification on packaging. Prior to operation pump had to be pulled to reveal hidden foam with the dislodging of same. Friendly correspondence was mailed requesting the company to notify customers of hidden Pump Products foam installation with no reply. For myself I would never purchase product from this seller again. Remarkably POOR SERVICE not worthy of a customers business. "
"I ordered an overhaul kit for an HJ75S Myers pump that they advertised a screen would be part of the kit. After receiving the kit I noticed the kit was missing the screen. After talking with customer service they noticed that issue and said they would ship me the screen. Several days later they left me a message and said the screen was out of inventory and that I really shouldn't need it. I found the screen from one of their competitors for $37 and in stock. Obviously they are avoiding the extra cost from them shorting me the screen. Since then I have left messages with no response. Good luck with getting what you order."
"All around bad experience here. Processing initial order was challenging for pump products after delays asked to exchange item for another. Being honest in the exchange process isn't there strong suit imo, plus they want to charge you 25% extra for the privledge. Customer service just isnt a priority for this company. Move on to someone else."
