"I looked at a number sites for crawl space basins and pumps. Pump Products had by far the best selection of both for my specific application. I am sealing my crawl space with a liner and required a perforated basin with an airtight cover which can be vented to allow outside air into the basin for proper pump operation. I called their service #, explained my application and the gentleman immediately understood what I was needing and asked the specifics of potential water flow, size of space, etc. My order arrived on time, complete and packaged to withstand a nuclear blast. It is now installed and working perfectly. I did need to call back to request a grommet for the lid to accommodate the 1 1/2" air intake pipe ,which was not included with original equipment. The gentleman immediately knew what I needed and shipped it out that day.
