We got a second opinion from a plumber contractor who confirmed that it was a good pump and a good price, When speaking with the customer service person he indicated that turnaround time is fast. After a week of not hearing anything about our item being shipped we called to find out what the delay was. We found out that shipping of our order is not scheduled for another 8 weeks! That cuts into our project timeline huge. We did not cancel the order because the price and free shipping were such a good deal."
