"Well I have had one of the worst customer service issues with Punisher that I have had in a while. I ordered a gift certificate on 12/23 and got an order confirmation, but no code or way to use the gift certificate. Sent an email to them on 12/24 asking for information, and got no response. I finally got the code on 12/27 (obviously after Christmas) after I decided not to give the gift certificate, because I had no way to know if the person could use it. I sent an email again requesting a refund, and again no response. I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card in order to get a refund. I will never buy from them again, and they need to significantly improve their customer service. "
