When I let them know that I was unhappy about this rigged system, they didn't offer even a 5$ credit for the bad experience or necessity of mailing it back at the post office. 1) took many, many weeks, after an incredible lot of nagging from my site, before I got the message that the parcel was sent away.
2) took again many, many weeks before the parcel at last was in the distribution center here nearby.
3) I had to pay another 7 euro to get the parcel. Income tax or something. Never was I told by them I had to pay income tax.
4) I was very glad that I at least had received the parcel after around 6 weeks or so. Then I opened it, but... then I saw that the parcel was already outdated. Expiration date: July 2022, and I got the parcel 29 July... So 2 days to go for 180 pills....
5) I wrote them in my email my complaint and disappointment. They never answered me.
6) My end conclusion: VERY, VERY BAD SERVICE. NO MORE BUYING FROM THEM
7 Another annoying thing: in the 6 weeks I had to wait for the parcel I was daily bombarded by their advertisement. Very irritating. Money, money, money is all they seem to want. About customer service they seem to know nothing. Bah!

"After spending $2,495.44 ordering products from Pure Formulas in the last year, I had an unpleasant experience with one product, Nordic Naturals ProOmega 2000, Lemon Flavor. For the first of several orders of this product, this bottle arrived with a strong fishy smell and taste. I telephoned Pure Formulas to report the issue and was referred directly to Nordic Naturals. Nordic Naturals informed me that I needed to get back in touch with Pure Formulas. Nordic Naturals stated they would work with Pure Formulas to make good on the inferior product. I immediately sent an email to Pure Formulas, with photos of the product showing batch number and expiration date, and provided all purchase information. Since, I have received and responded to repeated emails from Pure Formulas requesting information I have already provided. The product cost $76.46 and is a complete waste to me; it is not what was advertised and I cannot stomach the smell or taste. At this point, I have no confidence in Pure Formulas and their business practices. "

"I gave been a Pure Formulas customer since April. I loved your company and never had any issues until now. I ordered a bag of Physicians Elemental Diet powder and had it shipped over night shipping. I received my order but the seal was broken and I don't feel comfortable consuming something that has been opened or not properly sealed in the factory. I called customer service and she agreed to send me a replacement asap. I explained that I needed this asap since this is my ONLY source of food since I have many sensitivities/allergies. This is the only thing I can consume without any issues. She said they would send it out right away. Which I assumed that meant over night delivery just like I paid to have the original sent. However, you did NOT send overnight as I would have received this today. I am extremely upset since it's already been 2 days since I have eaten now and no deliveries tomorrow. This means I possibly won't be able to eat until Monday or Tuesday and that's only if I order another bag and have it shipped overnight. I only weigh 70lbs and surely don't want to lose any more weight nor do I want to starve for the next few days.
Great customer service would have overnighter this just like I paid to have it sent. So disappointing that you wouldn't want to maintain great, loyal customers.
