I first discovered them in October 2013 and have been back many times since then. Even had a change of mind on one of my most recent orders. I called them (before it shipped) and there was no problem at all cancelling the order and making a new order over the phone. Every item I ordered, over the past few months, it has been in the morning since that's when I do my business. And each order was shipped the same day and I would get it even earlier than promised.
