When I checked out, the $10 was included in my invoice box, but was not applied. It never did go through. "On the phone customer service is attentive. BUT... they did not explain I could not change my order for an item once I placed the order and the item I wanted came in stock. I changed my order before it was shipped and added on more, but the items didn't ship that way. After telling me my items would be sent expedite ship..it was a week later and still no shipping. They said maybe they were shipped to the wrong address.. NO, actually... they didn't ship at all. My follow up took over a week. Very poor service from a company that had mostly satisfied customers. "I ordered the Aura Cacia sweet orange essential oil - what I actually received, I'm still not sure. It was only $5 which would be a good deal if it was actually Aura Cacia oil in the Aura Cacia bottle. I've bought this exact product from Whole Foods so I know what it's supposed to look like (orange) smell like (strong sweet orange smell) and feel like (tingles on my skin). The bottle came with no wrapping on it (the ones at whole foods have clear plastic wrap over the cap) and was questionably full (it was about 3/4 full). The liquid was clear and barely smelled of orange and felt like I was rubbing cooking oil on my skin (who knows, it might have been?). I double checked both the label on the bottle and my order and both indicate this is the "100% pure essential oil", which its obviously not. This is the first time I've ordered from pure formulas - I think company must be a scam. Needless to say I won't order anything from here again. "
