"I have purchased many products from PureFormulas, But as of today Dec. 02, 2013 I have had my first bad experience, I placed my order at 7:25 A.M. and went to work. Returning back home at 3 :00 P.M. and checking E-mails, I hadn't received notice of my order being received, shipped or tracking number. Wanting to purchase other products online since it was cyber Monday, I purchased many other items by other vendors, but my last purchase was rejected due to over limit. When I checked my balance on my card I found that my order from PureFormulas had been charged to my card twice, once when I placed the order and again in the afternoon of the same day? It was now 3:45 P.M. CST and 4:45 P.M. EST, I called customer service to have my card credited for the over charge, the company recording stated that customer service hours of operations are till 5:30 EST. The person that answer the call, didn't want to hear or understand the situation that PureFormulas had put one of their loyal customers in. For until this call I had been purchasing a great deal of my health care products from PureFormulas, and referring many family, friends and business associations to the outstanding prices on products. I had to call back and leave name, phone number and short details, now I the customer will have to wait for a response that could have been handle with my call. As quoted by the person that answer the call, if I wasn't calling to place an order she couldn't help in any way!"

I have not taken it that long yet just about 2 weeks so I can't review on if it is working.
