My order was never shipped and will probably be sent after I left New York.

"I ordered the sinus spray 3 times & each time the bottles were broken. The first 2 times were with Amazon & the 3rd time directly through the company. When I called for a return label so that I could send the broken bottles back for a refund, I was told that broken bottles can not get sent through the mail. I would have to take a picture & email it to them. I did that & received a response that I would be receiving correspondence from UPS & the package would have to be returned for their inspection before I can receive a refund. Which one is it. Can broken bottles go through the mail or not! They are just making me go through a lot of hassle for something that was not my fault. They could have just sent me a return shipping label like I requested in the first place. I will find another product to address my sinus issues. I will not be dealing with this company again! "

"I tried to place an order for my brother who is in treatment for brain cancer. I have had orders sent to me successfully. I spent 20-30 minutes (on a an unnecessarily complicated and erratic ordering website) trying to get the order sent to my brother's house
which is 100 miles from me and I paid an extra $5.99 for expedited shipment. When I got my shipping confirmation it showed that the order was shipped to my address.
The tracking no. assigned did not have any info about the shipment at that time.
Their CS was closed so I sent an email requesting that The order be redirected to my brother's address.
The next morning I called CS to see whether they could redirect the package.
I was told quite bluntly that was not possible...that I could either send it to my brother's house or refuse the shipment.
That would delay it getting to my brother's by 4-5 days.
So since it is so difficult to use their ordering website and CS offers no acceptable remedies I will not be ordering from them again."
"The phone behavior of the customer service agent is unprofessional, as if I called the wrong number in some ghetto neighborhood. I looked to see where they are located, in Florida of course. How hard is it to train someone how to act when they answer the phone for a company. I only called because I couldn't get the website to work at checkout. I see others have this problem as well. I will not waste time on this company, especially since three of the discounts I qualified for did not apply to the product I wanted to purchase."

"I write to let you know you are throwing money down a rathole by contracting with your telephone provider. I rarely write about stuff like this, but the phone response was so poor, I felt it would be heartless of me to remain silent. This was my experience.
1. I was forced to listen to a lengthy set of commercials about vacation information I had no interest in hearing, and frustrated and irritated that there was no way to bypass this unwanted intrusion on my time and patience.
2. Following the vacation commercial I was finally connected with a live person. The person's southwest Asian accent was so heavy. I could not comprehend what he was saying. The background noise and cheap line connection made matters worse. I asked the man to speak more slowly. He did not. I hung up.
3. To my mind, PureFormulas is tarnishing its image with such poor phone service. I believe PF would be doing itself a favor by using a contractor that employs native English speakers, has no commercials, and has clearer lines available. A contractor that provides its responders with better headsets would be a step in the right direction. As it is, the truly awful quality of PF's phone line is a poor reflection on a company trying to project an image of high quality.
