"Received my products very quickly. Will continue to order items from Puremobile. Im happy thus far with their service."
"Got my shipment super fast, within 2 days. I forgot my coupon code and they even called me back offering me even a bigger discount on top of the coupon. Simply the best customer service."
"Let me just say that DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT PURCHASING FROM THESE GUYS!
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S2 from this crap excuse of a company. It arrived in a box that looked like it was an open box product or was used by someone before. The phone also came rooted, when I inquired about this, they said that’s how they unlock their phone (which is idiotic). Next the phone had the yellow screen defect so I RMA the phone.
After trying to contact them about the phone I sent in (as RMA), I finally got fed-up and asked for a refund; which was another week’s worth of headache to finally get them to acknowledge the refund. After the woman told me she refunded me (and that it would take about 5 business days), I waited 10 business days but no refund. I then tried to contact her but no luck so I gave up and contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges.
When I was in the process of disputing the charges, my credit card company listed some recent charges on my credit card, which were FRADULANT. Now it’s not a coincidence because I have read another review on a site where the individual received fraud charges from Montreal, after purchasing from this company. I have never been charged fraudulently in all my years of internet shopping until I dealt this s**t of a company.
I’m still going through my credit card company to deal with these matters. Just take my advice and PLEASE save yourself the headaches by not doing business with these shady, lying, scammers. Negative 5 stars!"
"I ordered a Blackberry Torch directly from the Puremobile website, but when it arrived it was defective, the trackball didn't work. I contacted Puremobile to return it for replacement. After I filled out their RMA form to return the phone, they indicated that I would be contacted within 24hrs with instructions on where to send the phone. It took over 2 weeks for them to contact me, during which I repeatedly contacted their call centre to find out what was happening and why it was taking so long. The call centre was of no help and just kept asking me to wait another 24hrs. After 2 weeks I was finally contacted and I returned the phone as per their instructions. It has now been another 2 weeks and I have sent 10 emails in the last 2 weeks to their service department and their sales department, but can’t get a reply Puremobile. Now I don’t know when or if they are sending a replacement phone. The call centre also hasn’t been able to tell me anything and just repeat the same thing that it is being looked at and someone will contact me in 24hrs. That seems to be their standard response to anything. I will not buy anything from Puremobile again; horrible customer service and no follow-up. "
"I found what I was looking for at puremobile.ca where the on-line price was best. I purchased and received the "X-mini capsule speaker - red" in four days. The service was efficient, UPS delivery fast and the product perfect. Now my sansa fuze never sounded better or louder!!! These compact stereo speakers are truly amazing."
"Do not deal with this company. They are dishonest and their customer support is horrible. NEGATIVE 5 STARS.
I ordered my phone expecting to get it in a few days like they said. Then they said the phone was out of stock, even though the website had listed the phone as available, and that it would take an additional week to ship. Instead I had to wait almost a month and in the end they told me my order was cancelled, because they couldn’t get in contact with me about my order. EVEN THOUGH I spoke to them twice over the phone and sent them an email.
"
"The website brags about there customer service line, Live Help, and their up to date availability listings on the site. Here is my experience. I ordered a phone for my wife's nniversary 12/17 and the phone said it was in stock on their website. I paid for rush shipping so it would be here for the holidays. The next day I receive this message.
"We have received your order but currently there are one or more items that are out of stock. The ROKR E8 Black OEM, will have to be special ordered at no extra cost, and it can take from 1 to 2 weeks +. This item might be sold out from the manufacturer as well. We would like to know how you would like us to proceed with your order. Please email or call us at your earliest convenience."
So they are doing me a favor by not charging me extra when I paid for rush service at $29 to get the phone in 2 days? I might get the phone in two weeks or maybe not at all? Then what?
I responded that this was not acceptable and what can be done to rectify the situation since the listing said it was "available". They said nothing via email response.
I decided to try their 1-800 support line and was endlessly looped for 1.25 hours and never spoke to anyone. You could not just remain on hold, every minute or so you where looped back through to the beginning and had to select that you would hold again.
Went on their live chat and each time it timed out ended the chat session before I spoke to anyone. At this point I did not know if my credit card will be charged or if they just canceled the order.
I ended up emailing them several more times before they responded and said my credit card would not be charged. Horrible company."
"DO NOT BUY FROM PUREMOBILE. I purchased a Nokia from frm puremobile. Upon arrival it seems to be an open box or demo item. The phone is defective. I have tried for 3 weeks to contact these jerks and have received no reply."
"I've ordered twice from PureMobile and in both cases their shipping was fast, although the latest order was slower than the first.
They have a great selection of unlocked GSM phones and although their prices are not the best, Canadians can order "hassel free" (ordering from puremobile.ca) without being anxious about UPS brokerage fees.
Last year I ordered a Nokia E61 and it was received the next morning. That was really quick.
My latest order was for a Sony Ericsson P1i. The order was placed on a Tuesday, I immediately got a confirmation email. On Wednesday morning I received another email for "proof of address", which required me to fax a copy of my drivers license and credit card, which I did promply. The item was finally shipped on Thursday and I received it Friday morning.
The customer service at PureMobile.ca is pretty patchy. I tried to contact them about my order through their "web chat" feature and only in one of five attempts I was I actually able to chat with a rep. Also, by phone I could not get through to their customer support person, it directed me to their voicemail asking me to leave a number, which they never did call back. Only when I called through their sales line was I able to speak to their representative who provided me the necessary information but was a bit brusque."
"Advertises fast shipping. Fact is you pay for items the don’t have available and then give you the run around. After my run around I finally received my merchandise a brand new H3 Motorola headset. Really ordered and paid for a H605 Motorola headset. Stay away from this store. Check his ebay feedback (puremobile) bad!! "
