"I was really hopeful when I placed an online order for a very expensive helmet early monday morning this past week. I paid with Paypal so that my order would be processed quickly but did not understand when on monday afternoon it said 'payment pending'. I did some research and tried to call the place only to find out they are closed on mondays. well Tuesday came and went and they had still not processed my order from monday (I guess they're flush with cash and did not need my money). Wednesday I sent them an email saying if they did not process my order to cancel and refund my money. Low and behold it got their attention and at the end of the day wednesday they finally processed my order. It was not until thursday that they finally shipped the order and I am literally 2.5 hours from them here in florida. so friday rolls around and the ups driver refused to leave the package because I was not home and for some reason they shipped it signature required - even though I am in a gated community. This helmet was supposed to be a gift for my sons birthday tomorrow and I have no helmet. So basically.... make your purchases from a real on-line retailer, not these folks. You are likely to wind up very disaapointed like me. I have already dropped them an email telling them I do not want the helmet and I want it returned. I will refuse shipment from UPS if it ever does actually arrive. This is so dissappointing, My son really wanted this helmet."

I emailed you guys asking about this helmet prior to purchasing; NO RESPONSE. So I went ahead and ordered it anyways in fear of missing out.
I waited for a shipping confirmation email about the helmet; NO RESPONSE.
I get some blanket email from a DIFFERENT company name stating my order was canceled. NO REASON, NO RESPONSE, NO COMMENTS, NOTHING.
I will most certainly NOT be ordering from Pure Ducati or Pure Triumph ever again. Maybe you should update your website more frequently so that people don't get excited to find an item they have been searching for and then become greatly disappointed. Just some solid advice from another motorcycle enthusiast."
