That was a little annoying. Also didn't get trackin number till day before the delivery. I might use them again. "

"I ordered the 1:18 scale tiger model bike for father's day - I ordered it 2 weeks before father's day (late May) - I paid extra money for faster shipping ..... my dad got the item July 19th over 5 weeks after I ordered it. I called pure triumph 4 times and no one was able to locate the order or had any idea what was going on. They told me there was a back-up and they had to order it, That conversation took place when the order was already 3 weeks overdue. I called a week later and they said it should be there in 2 weeks. But would not refund my money for the item or for the extra shipping. ALl in all the item is great and in good condition, but the customer service and wait time was absolutely terrible. I will never buy from this company again. Fair warning"
