"the first bulb blew up, don't know why, we went through the whole tv to make sure there was no fault of the tv. We tried another bulb and that one did work, so with that we are happy but unhappy that the first one blew up, no damage to the tv other then broken glass. "I ordered 2 bulbs since they were a great deal and to save on future shipping for the next.. Paid 12.00 or so for the 2 business day delivery - order was placed on a Wedn. Didnt receive them until Mon that next week.. They came poorly packaged. Put first one in - was defective, tried 2nd one - this time it worked fine, returned defective one requesting my money back for it. I received a replacement bulb instead. Have tried calling number listed - it either rings and rings, or someone answers and immediately asks me to hold.... for a long time.... which I then end up hanging up. Not happy with lack of customer service, and am not even sure this "replacement bulb" works as I don't want to risk something happening to the first one if I try changing it!"
