"The bulb we purchased was economical, and we paid to have it shipped quickly, and it did. However, the day we installed it, it only lasted approximately 6 hours before it burnt out! We contacted the company(Mwave), and they said they would send a replacement bulb out, and if it happens again, they will refund our money, so there customer service was helpful. But does the company feel it will happen again? Does this happen often with the merchandise it sells? Makes us wonder!"
