"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! The first time I ordered from this company 2 years ago they sent a lamp that worked for the first day. I returned, and they dealt with the issue quickly so I tried them again when that lamp finally died.
I ordered a lamp at the end of October. Received in November. Similar to the first experience it worked for one day. I asked for an exchange thinking that maybe it was a fluke. Second one came shortly after Thanksgiving. Again, it worked for one day and died (yes we reset the lamp).
At this point I sent a request for a refund and an email came back with a reference #, but nowhere to send it back to. So I called customer service to find out that address again (and to ask for a refund for all of the additional shipping fees I have paid because of their faulty products). Not only will I not be getting anything back for shipping, but THEY WILL NOT REFUND ME ANYTHING! They will only do "exchanges". Why would I want to keep exchanging (taking my projector up & down repeatedly in the meantime) when their items DO NOT WORK? We always put our original lamp back in when this happens and the machine works fine (dim, but fine).
This is not the way to do business."
