"I ordered two replacement lamps for my Sharp projector TV. The price was good and I had paid extra for two-day delivery. THe order was placed on Friday before Thanksgiving and I wanted to be sure they came before Thanksgiving. I got a couple of emails about when they were shipped but on Wednesday afternoon it looked like they might not come. I called PureGlare and they told me that the bulbs should be delivered that day still. They arrived within an hour.

When I tried to insert one of the bulbs it would not slide into place. A little investigation revealed that a polarized prong on the housing of the buld that had to go into a socket in the projected had reverse polarization. After some thought, I was able to clip a little plastic off of the base of the prong and then I could reverse its setting in the housing. After that, it went into the projector and seems to work fine. Both bulbs have the same problem."
