"I had a lamp that failed under warranty. The warranty dept. was prompt in sending a replacement. Other than answering several short questions, there was no problem getting a replacement at no cost. It came promptly. I shipped the old one back without a 2nd box, which could have voided the warranty. But they were gracious and honored the warranty regardless. Kudos for them."

"Do not buy projector bulbs from pureland supply! I paid $358 for what was supposed to be a genuine JVC replacement bulb but I got some fake APOG bulb. Shipping was fast but this whole thing is a big waste of my time and I have to now worry about getting a refund and my overnight shipping fees and return shipping fees/hassle are something I probably will have to eat even in the best scenario. A "fake" bulb like that goes for about $260 if you are comparing. So I would advise anyone not to repeat my mistake. Just don't order from here. "
