"The devices I wanted to purchase had failed Purenetworx's standards and were accidentally placed for sale on the site. A rep called me to inform me of the error, offered me two of the same devices at their cost and they covered shipping. Because of their willingness to be upfront about the error, the offered resolution was very reasonable. All in all it was a great experience as some companies would not have let the customer know of the error and sent the order out, much less sell their certified product at a reduced price and they pay the shipping. Awesome!!!"
