"I've been waiting and waiting but still have not received my "Pumpkin seed oil 1000" as of yet. I've been out of them since last week. Thought I'd have them long before now. I ordered on 3/2/2017. I was hopeing to have them before I ran out. I've been oiut for many day's now. The last 2 or 3 times I got my orders very promply. what's up ?????"

"I have purchased from PP from several years now. I am always happy with my purchase. I had a small issue with my last order. PP made the order right by sending me the item I had an issue with at no additional charge. Customer service was courteous and apologetic and made it right. I can ask for no more. "I had purchased this supplement in the past because it had kosher supervision. When I received it the supervision stamp was not there anymore and I assume because the ingredients changed and therefore the supplement lost its kosher certification.


As a result, last week I returned the supplement for a refund.

Generally speaking, you were a pleasure to deal with. Should you receive kosher certification I would surely be glad to continue purchasing from you.
