"I've tried to make a larger order on Puritan's Pride twice, now. I was given an order confirmation for the first purchase, but it was never sent. Upon calling customer service, I was given a reason that was frankly untrue (my billing address in the order and the billing address in my Puritan's Pride account were different - I didn't even have an account with them).
The second time, my order was again confirmed, but my bank flagged it as suspicious. Shortly after receiving the notification, I allowed the purchase. A day after this happened, I was notified by Puritan's Pride that my border was cancelled, the reason being that it was halted by my credit card company. This, again, was untrue, since I had allowed the purchase.
Very dissatisfied with the user experience on Puritan's Pride, to say the least."
