"I placed my order for supplements on 7-28-15 and HAD to finally call customer support on 8-10-15 to find out what happened to my order. I was told they were out of stock of my supplements and they would be in the warehouse on 8-13-15 which should be shipped to me at that time. Where is your customer support? I could have been sent an email to be notified of my order status. Again, I had to call to find this information out. And add injury to insult, I just received the bill from the credit company for payment of this order yet I still haven't received my supplements as of today, 8-19-15 (I just checked online and it should arrive on 8-24-15. I hope so!) I just want to add that I've been a customer for about 20 years now and I think your customer support/ordering process is at its worst. I consider myself a fair person and a simple email to notify me of my order status would have sufficed. "

"On July 4th, I placed an order that included 2 bottles of Dr. Cannell's Advanced D supplement. When my order arrived, only one bottle of Adv D was in the shipment. I called Purity, and a rep told me that it was probably just an over site with the packaging, and that they would send me a 2nd bottle of Dr C's Adv D supplement.
August 18th - still haven't rec'd a 2nd bottle of Adv D."

"Waited 15 days for delivery, I live 23 miles from Plainview, NY (Where purity is located) and Purity only shipped after I wrote an email to customer service requesting they cancel my order. They created a UPS Label the day after my purchase but never delivered the product (CERTIFIED ORGANIC TRIPLE GREENS ) physically to UPS until after I requested cancellation via email to customer service. I requested they cancel and refund me and stated how it should not be an issue since THEY DIDI NOT EVEN SHIP MY PURCHASE YET (Some 15 days later) So they ship it anyway then send me an email stating to refuse the delivery (Which was left at my door and unable to refuse delivery on the package) and ship back to them for refund. Thus expecting me to absorb signature delivery package costs. Very Upset and feel no difference in overall stamina, alertness or overall physical being. 48 yr Male"
