"When I called to order 12 bottles of a product, neither the Customer Service Rep or her Manager could give me their internet publicized rate for 12 bottles. They could not see the internet price on their computers and therefore wanted to charge me $10 more for each bottle.
Just ridiculous! I hung up the phone and ordered it online. Purity Products needs to iron out their processes so their Customer Service Reps. can offer the same prices as their internet publicized prices, otherwise what is the point in calling in an order?"

so I put in an order on the website (which is very easy to use).
I received the order and then a few days later I got a 3 month
supply of the products because I was on the super saver program. So I called customer service and talked to Kelly who
was very pleasant and knowledgeable and helped me to move
the next super saver shipment out to November so we could
use up the products we now have on hand. She also reminded me that we can move it out further if we don't use up the product by then.
I was considering canceling the super saver program and she convinced me that it was not a good idea and that we could adjust it to suit my needs for products.
So instead of being a dropout customer I hung up being a satisfied customer."
